Lust Have It – July 2016 – Review

By Triedandtestedblogger @triedtestedblog

The July edition of the Lust Have It beauty box was ‘All About Makeup’ and I have to say, I was really happy to see 5 full sized items included!

LUST HAVE IT JULY 2016 BEAUTY BOX REVIEW TEEEZ TREND COSMETICS DESERT METALS MASCARA MPRINCESS BLUSH GOSH MATT DUO EYESHADOW ESSENZZA MASQUERADE MASK JELLY PONG PONG

The first item included was a TEEEZ Cosmetics Desert Metals Mascara with an interesting cone shaped wand. With a formula containing silk proteins, the mascara is said to be gentle on the eyes and easy to apply.  As someone who loves to try different mascaras, I cant wait to give this one a go.

Subscribers also received a MPrincess Mineral Blush, either in an orange or purple shade. While the formula is nice and smooth, I unfortunately found it to be quite shimmery so perhaps it would work better as an eyeshadow.

This month, there was a variation in the eyeshadow product included in the box with either a GOSH Matt Duo Eyeshadow Palette or a Marsk Cosmetics Mineral Eyeshadow included. I received the GOSH duo in a lovely neutral combo which is perfect for everyday use.

A step away from the makeup focus, an ESSENZZA Artisan Masquerade Mask was included. I absolutely love the idea of having a laced design on the traditional cloth mask and the combination of cherry blossom and argan oil is said to hydrate and smooth the skin.

The last item included was a ‘Mystery Item’ chosen by the LHI team (many subscribers receive different products). I received a Jelly Pong Pong Lip Crayon which has featured in a past box but it is a great product to throw into your bag for times when you need a quick touch up but have forgotten to bring along the lipstick you used in the morning.

What are your thoughts on this month’s bag?
