Lush's Mask of Magnaminty

By K @stylesocoy
At least once a week I like to give my skin a really good deep cleanse and exfoliation, and my Mask of Magnaminty is the product that I reach for.

When I went into Lush asking for a product that would do the above for my skin, this is what they recommended. I think that this is actually marked as a man's product, but I really don't care because it's great (just means that R sometimes uses it).

It's described by Lush as 'Deeply cleansing, toning and exfoliating pepperminty mask. Refreshes and brightens all it touches'. The description is completely true!

I put this on before I go in the bath, because it's quite messy to get off. I apply it liberally all over my face, get in the bath and let it dry. As soon as I put it on I can feel it get to work on my skin, the peppermint in the mask is instantly refreshing and cooling. The formula dries from a wet, mousy consistency into a hard mask in a few minutes and when it's dried I make sure that I leave it on for a while  to make sure that I'm getting a really deep cleanse.
When I'm ready to take the mask off, I fist wet my hands and then rub the mask around my face. This means that the ground aduki beans in the mask are exfoliating my whole face. I will just add that the exfoliant is not rough and actually feels really nice.
The mask leaves my skin feeling really clean, smooth and fresh.
