rsz 1timthumb LUCIUS RELEASES TWO NEW TRACKS VIA SWEET 7 [STREAM]

Lucius won’t stop being cool — case in point being their new 7″ featuring live favorite, “Genevieve”, and their cover of Tears For Fears’ “Everybody Wants to Rule the World”. US copies of Wildewoman don’t include “Genevieve”, known to some fans (my four year old) as “The OH WAH WAH Song,” so those who have seen them live are sure to be in a frenzy to get their hands on it — it’s actually that good. Then there’s the B-side Tears For Fears cover, which finds Lucius holding true to the song for the most part while also putting their spin on it in terms of timing and arrangement. It’s incredible, of course. Luckily, you can listen to both tracks on SoundCloud, but if you’re as afflicted as us, you’re going to want to order a copy of the super cool, translucent yellow 7″ for yourself. Listen to the two new Lucius tracks above and, if you get the chance, absolutely go see them live.
