Lucius has definitely tasted success, touring with large names including Tegan and Sara and The Head and the Heart . Despite their momentum, though, the band has yet to fall into complacency. They’ve remained genuine and quirky, a fact apparent in their recent lyric video for “Don’t Just Sit There.” The piece is creatively driven and designed to visually manifest the essence of the song. A pleasant acoustic guitar frames optimistic yet not overly exuberant vocals, while the video depicts a person writing lyrics in light cursive and drawing a series of “surrealist” faces.
