I think I've found my new favorite nail color. I am the only one to go through seasonal changes with my nail polish picks? Yes? Okay ... Three days ago I painted my nails with one of Rimmel's offerings, the Lasting Finish polish in Marshmallow Heaven and whilst I'm pretty confused as to how the name goes with the colour, I do really like it. A purple with a hint of white toning it down, it steers just on the right side of lilac - nothing too washed out here - and goes on opaque in 1 to 2 coats. Super spring and summery, but not too much so that it looks out of place on rainy days, and we've been having rather a few of those lately haven't we?! Best part is, it comes with one of those super wide brushes, which means application is the easiest thing in the world - two strokes and you're done, and with the addition of Seche Vite or a good top coat on top, you have a mani that will be sticking around for a long time yet.
