Loving it Monday
Happy Monday! Just a couple of days away from Thanksgiving. Did you start cooking? I'm still adding and deleting dishes from the list. It's going to be my first vegan Thanksgiving and it's so hard to decide. Last Monday I told you I intend to share each week a couple of recipes that caught my eye during the previous week. I'm telling you, my heart skipped a bit when I saw them and flooded my office from all that drooling. They are one of the cutest bite size desserts I've seen this week.

I think one day I'm gonna walk off that butter they call for and just make some cookies. And the cocoa nibs, aren't they the cutest thing ever?
If you have a little time on your hand and want to see your guest blood sugar levels reach the sky, then this Chocolate Babka from Baker by Nature is the recipe to go to. It calls for
