This dress is gray with an A line midi skirt and chiffon overlay. The top of the dress is sequinned and has a gorgeous high end feel to it.
At £105, it is on the pricier side of high street but for me, this is the ultimate 'go to' dress for every occasion - whether that's a wedding, a birthday party, Christmas night out or an NYE do, this is the kind of dress that will have everyone asking where it's from.
In terms of fit, I would size up. I'm normally a tight size 20 or loose size 22, whereas with this dress I definitely felt like it would have suited me better if it had been a size 24. Some dresses, especially dresses with embellishments and chiffon I find all are on the neat side unless they have a skater style skirt - maybe it's just my arse is expanding!
I wore this out and about for a while and did notice a few sequins fall off as I was getting undressed, but due to the volume of embellishments you really don't notice if a few fall off.
I actually prefer embellishments or sequins to glitter. For me, everytime I wear anything with glitter, it ends up everywhere and is hard to get off of upholstery, with this dress, I found it wore well and didn't 'shed' as I moved.
