Lose the Weight in Your Thighs

By Therealsupermum @TheRealSupermum

When you are in college. It can be really easy to gain weight. You are free to eat everything that you want, and you start eating at crazy times during the day. When I was in college, I noticed that the first place that I started gaining weight was in my thighs. Once I started to gain weight in my thighs, I knew that I was in trouble. If you are like me, and you want to lose weight in your thighs, here are some tips to help you lose it.

1. Go cardio crazy. You need to start setting up a cardio schedule where you are working heard for a t least 40 minutes a day. When you do your cardio, you need to be a hot, sweaty mess. If you aren’t, then you weren’t working hard enough. You can sign up for a fitness class, the elliptical, or the treadmill. You just have to get yourself moving and sweating.

2. All over loss. Honestly, there is no effective way to lose the weight in just one place of our body. But, you should try to lose weight everywhere. This means that you will lose weight in your thighs, tummy, and your butt. You’ll feel better because you will look better all around. Who doesn’t want that?

3. Legs and core. When you hit the gym, make sure that you add in leg and core exercised. This will help you to tone those muscles in your thighs. This will make them tighter and firmer―which will help add to your all over weight loss. You’ll get stronger and toned everywhere and you’ll feel great about yourself.

4. Don’t skip on the weights. You might think that by adding weights, you will bulk up  your thighs and you won’t be able to slim them down. However, you shouldn’t think that way. By doing weighted exercises, you are going to tone up your legs and your thighs will looks muscular and toned.

5. Get rid of the high-fat, carb foods. Studies have shown that eating foods high in fat and carbohydrates, will go straight to the areas that we don’t want them to (tummy, thighs). If you want to lose some weight in your thighs, you need to lay off the fatty food.

Just remember to hit the gym and eat better, and you will be well on your way to losing weight over all and losing the weight in your thighs.
