Long Shadows India Pale Ale – Blindman Brewing

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Blindman Brewing out of Lacombe Alberta comes their "Long Shadows India Pale Ale" a self proclaimed Vermont-style IPA. The beer pours a golden colour with a little cloudiness and a white head. The aroma consists floral hops and citrus but it is overall pretty mild. The flavour is of grassy and herbal hops, dank hops, pine, citrus, bitterness and caramel. The alcohol content comes in at 7.1% with an IBU of 68. While I would not call this a Vermont-style IPA personally it is really tasty.
