Lone Wolf IPA – Fernie Brewing

By Mike @mikescraftbeer

From Fernie BC's Fernie Brewing comes the "Lone Wolf IPA". The beer pours a copper colour with an off white head. The aroma consists of floral hops, fruity notes of citrus, sweetness and caramel. The flavour is of caramel, resin, fruity citrus, sweetness, bitterness and lots of pine. The alcohol content comes in at 6.5% with an IBU of 65. This is definitely an enjoyable IPA and I would recommend picking up a bottle for yourself.

Commercial Description: This IPA has four select malts in combination with four classic hop varieties & time honored traditional brewing methods including dry hopping, resulting in a golden ale with exceptional flavour & complexity. A true IPA in every sense. A well balanced N.W. IPA with Cascade/Centennial Final and Dry Hopping for that citral finish.
