Lomography - The Easy Way

There's a new trend in the amateur photography world and it's Lomography. In simpler terms it's a way to give some uniqueness to your photographs. While the whole business of lomography is something that interests me, it is also something that is very expensive since it includes getting different lenses, flashes, and film. 
With the craze having increased dramatically over the last couple of years, Applications across smartphones have cropped up giving most people a way to divulge in this "art" without spending too much money. When I finally got my iPhone 4S, I was able to explore this artistic idea a little bit better with an Application called Hipstamatic. Now, for some it might be the easy way out. It is honestly, and it might not be something that Lomography purists approve of, but for the time being it is a cheap way of experiencing something I am fascinated with.
