Live Today.

Don’t waste your time regretting the past and worrying about the future.  Focus only on the present.  When your attention reverts back to regret or worry – just bring it back to something in the present moment.  Little by little you will be able to do this more easily.

Whatever happened in the past is over with, it’s done.  Whatever the future holds, who knows but why waste your time worrying over it?  Live in the present and stop letting your past be relived in your mind influence what is going on now.  Let it remain… in the past.
