We all need a feel good boost every now and again, so todays post is just a few little tips on how to easily do this at home. I like to make time in my day for at least one of these, just to make myself feel a little better if I'm having a dull day. It's important to feel happy and positive as this will reflect on your actions, and how people interpret you day to day.
01. Eat CleanEating healthily is obviously good for you. It's also an easy, great way to cleanse and refresh your insides. Remember 'you are what you eat' so if you feed your body well it will treat you well.
02. ExcerciseSince I've recently started doing regular excercise I've had so much more energy, and felt a lot more ready for the day when I wake up. This tip goes hand in hand with the last tip for a healthy and clean lifestyle.
03. Listen to your favorite musicEverybody feels good after singing their heart out to their favorite song. Listening to music that you like is also a great way to stimulate the brain.
04. Candles and cosynessIt may be a bath with your favorite candle or a scented bath bomb, whatever it may be take some time to relax. This is a great one to do during the evening, it will help to relax and calm your mind so that you get a good sleep.
05. Sleep wellThere's nothing worse than having to face the day without enough sleep. If you're having trouble working out how much sleep you need, keep a diary for a little while on what time you go to sleep and wake up, and when and how long you feel tired for through out the day. This way you will be able to see your pattern of sleep and tiredness.
06. Surround yourself with happiness and laughterIf you're surrounded by happiness, you will feel happier - it's as simple as that.
07. Set an achievable goal dailyMake a little goal for yourself, it doesn't matter how small or big it may be, but the feeling of achieving something daily will make you feel good.
08. YogaThis is something I've recently started lately after having a lady at work persuade me to try it. It really helps to calm your mind as well as being a good form of strengthening exercise.
09. Make-up free dayLet your skin breathe for a day and I can assure you that you will feel refreshed.
10. Make time for yourselfIt's so easy to get wrapped up in life, but it's important that we make time for a little 'me time' just to relax.
