Coming to the packaging, its identical to Revlon Photoready Concealers. The good thing is if you wish to buy more than one shade (which i know no one would :p) you can easily identify the shades with the transparent cap and respective color packaging.
When swiped once, the finish is somewhere sheer and glossy and you will require 3-4 swipes for an opaque finish.
