Aside from beauty and fashion living a healthy lifestyle and fitness is a huge passion of mine so I thought I would share my workout routine with you all and I hope this inspires you to start working out and stick to it and start living a healthier lifestyle :)

Editor’s Fitness Routine:

I try to workout between 3-4 times a week it just depends on my work schedule. My current routine includes:

  • Dance
  • Yoga
  • Situps {190}
  • Squats {110}
  • Leg Raises {110}

I increase the amount of situps, squats and leg raises by 10 each month and just so I stay on track I weigh myself monthly so I can see my progress–my weight goal is 125lbs and currently I weigh in at 133lbs so clearly I have work to do Lol… I don’t really focus on the number too much just on how I feel. Remember numbers are not everything!

Here are my workout essentials:

  • Tank top
  • Sweat pants
  • Sneakers
  • Water
  • Ipod

Now on to my meals…

I drink plenty of water every single day–all day except for my morning cup of joe :) I eat 3 times a day:

  • Breakfast
  • Lunch
  • Dinner

I usually have a small dessert if I eat early enough or a glass of wine every now and then with dinner.

I truly do enjoy working out and I love seeing results–who doesn’t? I will always workout and try to remain living a healthy lifestyle.
