Hiiii! Remember that time I started blogging here again? And then quit again? Ugh, I know. It wasn't intentional but to be honest...I forgot how freaking insane it is to be a full-time student AND double full-time employee...eeeek!
I figured I would do a "Currently" type post just to give y'all a quick rundown of what things are looking like as of late (:

Feeling:
Life Lately | Hint: It's a Whirlwind!
Tired / exhausted / busy / BUT HAPPY. This Gilmore Girls quote pretty much sums up life lately: running on caffeine! I feel like all I do is work, workout, go to class, study, repeat. Despite having close to zero free time, it's such a plus to actually be ENJOYING my classes and what I'm learning about. I think I made the right decision to go back to school for Speech-Language Pathology you guys!
Reading:

I don't have a ton of free time to read for pleasure at this point in my life (my nose is usually in PowerPoint lectures or textbooks) but I have been trying to read for a few minutes each night and You Are a Badass has really hit home and has even shifted my mentality about certain things. I would highly suggest giving it a read.
Eating:

I don't know how much you know about my fitness life, but I love lifting heavy weights and eating lots of carbs. I'm usually not a salad kind of girl, BUT I saw this salad dressing at Target and wanted to give it a try. Needless to say I have been eating salads for lunch almost every day just so I can smother it in this delicious ranch dressing. Let's be real - most people eat salads for the dressing and the croutons...
Working on:

Glisten Fit is my online personal training business and I have been cranking things out since the New Year! I started Glisten Online Gym where I post 1 new workout video each week, along with a weekly workout schedule with links to workout videos to complete 5 days per week.

I also launched 2 new workout program e-books! They are each 4-week programs (one is muscle building/strength and the other is fat loss/HIIT).  The beginning of this semester was ROUGH trying to launch these all while maintaining good grades. But I did it and now I am putting program creation on the back burner while I focus on my classes. 
Changing things up:

I was craving a hair change, but I didn't want anything TOO crazy different. Luckily, one of my sister in laws does hair so she helped me out. She refreshed my hair with some layers and chin length bangs. It's a subtle change, but it's just what I needed. 
R + R:

Even though my schedule is jam-packed with work and school, I'm still making it a point to take some time to get in solid rest + relaxation as often as I can. My recent choice of R+R has been out in the sunshine - I mean how can you say no to that view? #floridalove
