Lex Loves Couture started as a Tumblr page with a black background and white text. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect for it to be where it is today. I just needed a sense of release creatively. I never expected anyone to read it and certainly never expected anyone to actually like it.
Through my blog I've been able to travel, attend amazing events, meet the best people, and most importantly write about topics that I am extremely passionate about. I did not start this blog for perks. Quite frankly I didn't even know that perks were even a possibility.
I've tried my best to remain grounded and keep my goals focused on how to make Lex Loves Couture better. Being the biggest and most famous blogger doesn't always mean you have the best content. So I always remind myself that content comes first.
Going forward I want to keep going with this mindset. I am planning on bringing in more contributors to publish fashion and beauty content more frequently. I launched a weekly newsletter so that you can always be up-to-date. There will be also be new segments be launched in the near future. A lot of exciting things are on the horizon!
I want to extend a special thank you to all of you. My friends, family, and readers have been what keeps me going. Without your encouragement Lex Loves Couture would never be what is today. It's been an amazing four years. I cannot wait to see what is achieved over the next year.
