Lenovo Shows Off A1000, A3000, and S6000 Tablets at MWC 2013

Lenovo unveiled a triplet of Android Jelly Bean-powered tablets during MWC 2013 event, targeting mid-range tablet consumers,  including 7-inch A1000 and A3000 tablets , and its’ big brother – 10-inch S6000 tablet.

Lenovo A1000

Lenovo A1000 7-incher dubbed as “Pocket Studio” comes with 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 16GB internal storage which can be upped to 32GB via microSD and also has Dolby Digital Plus audio. This tablet is designed to bring a better audio experience at an affordable cost.

Lenovo A3000

Lenovo A3000 is the high-end version of the A1000 tablet. It has an 1.2GHz quad-core MTK processor, IPS 1024 x 600 screen, HSPA+ and the storage can be upped to 64GB via microSD. A3000 is a tablet for gamers and power-users.

Lenovo S6000

Finally, the big brother 10-incher, Lenovo S6000 dubbed as mobile “Home Entertainment” center has an 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 10.1-inch IPS display with 1280 X 800 resolution, micro HDMI port and promises ”more than 8 hours of continuous WiFi web browsing”

Folks over at Engadget, who went hands-on with these tabs says that “these weren’t aimed at the premium set”. However they seemed to be happy about the basic feel of the device including the “mighty sharp” looking IPS panels.  

Lenovo plans to roll-out these tablets worldwide in Q2 2013.
