Do your kids love your iPad? Have you downloaded any storybook apps?
If you have, chances are, you have some bilingual tools at your fingertips!
One way I encourage Spanish reading in my home is not by forcing it, but just making it available. I found that on most interactive storybook apps, you can change the language settings so the words shown and read out loud are in Spanish! Or in any other language you choose!
So every once and a while if the kids are the iPad, I make the adjustment, ask them to play with it, and that's it!
It's just that simple.
