Then you've got new books to read, in English and Spanish, right on your screen! I am not sure how I found We Give book but I am so glad I did! We Give Books is a free online library and is a program of the Pearson Foundation and Penguin Group. Their mission is to combine the joy of reading with the power of helping others. The more books you read, the more books are given to non-profit organizations to support literacy and help others. You can choose to read from a special selection, but if you register you are able to choose from over 150 books! And for the dual language kids, just type Spanish in the search and there you go!
Instantly, the kids snuggle up right next to me and we are reading Llama Llama Rojo Pijama before bedtime. Most exciting was finding Super Catarina y los Super Insectos! We were first introduced to the series in English as Ladybug Girl. I had no ideas there was a Spanish version!
