Ingredients
1 small onion chopped
1 cup dill chopped
500 gr peas
2 potatoes cutted fat slices
4 carrots cutted in fat slices
3 lemon (juice)
1 cup olive oil
Salt, pepper
Preparation
Saute in olive oil the onion and the dill in high heat. Add 1 litter water, the peas, the potatoes, the carrots and the lemon juice. Season and let it boil once. Reduce the heat and let it cooked for 3/4 or an hour. Add water if needed. Let it cooked until stay with the olive oil and the lemon juice. Mix now and. Serve warm.
