This year in particular, we decided to make a major change and implement the Thanx Media search tool Hawk Search to make finding just what you’re looking for even easier.
We chose this tool because it provides all the features we desired to improve website usability and enrich the customer experience. These include an autocomplete function that draws from common search terms, the ability to sort results by certain attributes, and the recommendation of relevant items on product pages.
