Art Director Ryan Smith approached Photoshop wizard Mike Campau with an idea for his client, Interstate Batteries. Inspired by stories from actual customers in which cars are left on the side of the road for a breakdown case, abandoned trucks after an accident or left on the spot after a flood. It happened that some of these vehicle the next day had the lights still on.
Helped by these tales, Interstate Batteries -who claim they manufacture long lasting batteries- decided to finance the print ad campaign.
