Lashtam Pashtam a film about cross-border friendship is the directorial debut of Manav Bhalla. Lashtam Pashtam is also the last film of late Om Puri. The films cast includes Dolly Ahluwalia, Tisca Chopra, Priyanshu Chatterjee, Samar Vermani, Vibhav Roy, Ishita Dutta and Feryna Wazheir in key roles.
Lashtam Pashtam explores the friendship between two boys from India and Pakistan who are doubles partners in tennis. The story attempts to break the stereotypes of India and Pakistan as a neighbour and an enemy country.
