Lanvin Feathers { and Audrey }

The plan was to write about my time in the Highlands last week but I got sidetracked when I was window (?) shopping online at LUISAVIAROMA. Apart from casting my beady little shopaholic’s eye over various fabulous fur pieces and accessories, oh and theeee most fabulous Lanvin snow globe this hat caught my attention. What does this Lanvin “feather-trimmed, rabbit-felt” hat remind you of? Apart from being equally fabulous and completely unpractical for use. Then again, if you bought this hat (costing £1,610) I don’t think you would think too much about the practicalities, would you? You would just enjoy wearing it when you did, which I think would be utterly great and very fun for a cocktail party. Just like Audrey !! Can you see the similarities ? Or am I just going a little loopy because I’m no longer getting my Palma sunshine dosage (literally and also via my month-long posting of Palma!).
