LANCASTER – The BLVD Transformation Project, http://www.theblvdlancaster.com, has received the International Downtown Association (IDA) Pinnacle Award, which was recognized at the IDA World Congress and 59th Annual Conference, held in New York City in October. Lancaster Mayor R. Rex Parris said the project has transformed an area in the heart of his city into a vibrant center of activity and community that includes new business presence and festive activities.
