Lakme Eyeconi Kajal comes in a packaging quite similar to Maybelline's Colossal Kajal ..  Same in the sense they come in similar plastic pencil like twist up packaging with a plastic lid. The packaging is black with product text written in Teal. The kajal comes in a cardboard packaging which has the product usage description and other detais inscribed.

Look wise I find it quite similar to Maybelline's Colossal Kajal. The twist up packaing helps to bring out just the required length of kajal for application . The No-Sharpening packaging is a plus a it helps to save wastage.
Inner Looks of Lakme Eyeconic Kajal-Black:

The kajal is a pitch black kohl which seems similar to Maybelline's Colossal Kajal . I have been an ardent fan of Maybelline's Colossal Kajal till now and was skeptical about choosing this over my usual Colossal Kohl.
The kohl is creamy in consistency (Softer than Colossal ) and goes on to give a fully opaque Blackest-black line on the First swipe. I've been using this daily for my lower lashline and sometimes on my upper lashline as well. I've seen the kohl remain for 5 hours easily on my upper lids as a liner. On my waterline it stays around 3 hours or more. It does not smudge unnecessarily and goes dark in one swipe.

I have had some problems with my previous Kryolan Ikonik gel liners as they sometimes irritated my eyes and made them watery but till now I have not faced any such problem with this kohl.

I'll suggest all of you who have not used this Kajal already to try it out as i've loved using this and am using it on a Daily basis. It gives intense black pigmentation and it stays there until I remove it with a cleanser/makeup remover.
If you love colored liners try their New shades from the Range : White, Blue, Green, Grey and  Brown which are available in stores and online too.
