Lace Top - Similar | High Waisted Shorts | Belt
HIYAZ. Hows it going? Today's post is a nice and summery one, which is making me rather sad looking back on, giving the downpour that is beating at my window as I type. I've had this off the shoulder lace top in my wardrobe for ages now, and it's my go to whenever the sun is shining and I want to get a bit of sun on my shoulders. The fit is uber flattering and works well with the current bardot trend that's going on and the lace overlay adds such a pretty and feminine detail.
I paired it with some high-waisted denim shorts in the photos above, but it work equally well dressed up with some smarter trousers for the evening, some culottes, or even a skirt. It's such a versatile piece that really could work from beach to dinner. Sidenote: when will I learn that two photos is not enough to show off an outfit?! You can tell I'm new to this outfit photo stuff. Anyway, I'm off to tone my hair, as is evidently drastically needed from the photos (never a good thing when you're basically blending into the yellow wall behind you)!
