Belgian quartet, La Plage (which I believe means ‘beach’ in French), only began creating music this year, and while we don’t have a lot of biographical information about them, we do know they have a bouncing new single with funky, Phoenix-esque flavor. This guitar riff comparison comes as no surprise given that La Plage rose in recognition after they covered Phoenix’s “Trying To Be Cool”, which you can pamper your ears with here.
