A magnificent Villa La Manga Club built in 2000 and tastefully furnished with everything you want to enjoy a good holiday. The property La Manga Club sports rights for 8 people who give you a discount on the seats of the courts three championship courses, tennis and squash club. If you are looking for a relaxing family vacation, you will find difficult to beat this wide wonderful accommodation La Manga Club Villa.There is a large private pool, 12m x 4m with a flat portion which is separated from the main pool, but a chain of hills or fungi. This means that children who are not swimming in the pool properly, can play in their depth and relative safety. There is plenty of space around the pool with a good book to relax. The pool can be heated during the colder months.
The garden itself is very nice, has many different areas and immaculately presented and maintained at the highest level. The garden stretches down to the border of the North Course of La Manga with a good thick cover to avoid coward balls golf. There is a large, fully equipped, with electric hob and separate oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a door to a terrace at the back and a hatch to the dining room. The living room has a double size with a fireplace in the center. There are two double doors. The living room has plenty of comfortable sofas and chairs and a dining table for 8. The patio is a gas grill, has a large table and chairs and sun loungers. The views of La Manga Club and North and South courses in the Mar Menor are excellent.
The double bedroom on this floor has a large bathroom with tub and separate shower. Down the marble staircase of the house opens to a large double bedroom with dressing room and bathroom. Since the two doors of the living room and dining room out of the wider area of the terrace with stunning views and a large table and chairs. The master bedroom overlooking the same terrace, although a little more detail, won the loungersand sun is very relaxing. All this terrace is large and spacious and offers fantastic views.
