How is every one doing? If you know anything of me, by now you know what a sucker I am for Pink lip products, and when people send me across such gorgeous lippies for review purposes I feel on the top of the world. So today is all about this gorgeous little tube of liquid lipstick from the house of L'Oreal!
So this baby retails for 950 bucks, which if you ask me is a bit costly for just a gloss but for the quality it has, it is worth all the big bucks. and it is easily available across all Loreal counters as well as online on Nykaa and Amazon!
Housed in a gorgeous gold packaging, this little baby is a treat to look at and is a prized possession in my makeup kit. The screw top lid is sturdy and won't just open in your bag. The lipstick has a color coded bottom with the shade name and all the other details written on it. The applicator on the other hand is not to great to work with--it is a leaf shaped applicator which applies smoothly but not very neatly.
The shade Rose Symphony is a very pretty neutral pink toned shade which is good for daily wear and also has the potency to brighten up your face be it with base makeup or without. It has the tiniest bit of shimmers which is almost undetectable on the lips. Technically it is good for those days when you dont want to use makeup but want your skin to look bright and ready to take the world.
Texture wise this liquid lipstick is basically a lip gloss but with high color pigments to it. I mean it is insanely pigmented and can cover up minor lip discolourations and imperfections with ease. The liquidy gloss is not at all sticky, and has a very comfortable to wear creamy texture which is just too good to be true.
The stay of this product is more than your average lip glosses and it stays for a good 3 hours if worn alone. But if worn atop a lip liner or a lipstick, it stays on for much longer, though the shine or the glossiness would go off within the said 3 hours.
