About Kylie Cosmetics Holiday Collection:
Kylie Cosmetics Holiday Collection was launched last year November. There were 3 different bundles available.
Kylie Kyeshadow Holiday Palette:
This palette has 9 pretty shades, very different from her last 2 palettes. There are shades of deep plums, shimmering blues, platinum silvers and more that can be perfect for the Holidays.
The shades are:
Sugar Cookie: Matte warm Nude
Frosty: Metallic silver
Chestnut: Matte dusty mauve
Mittens: Metallic Mahogany red
Winter: Metallic blue with shimmers
Nutcracker: Metallic plum with shimmers
Gingerbread: Metallic bronze with shimmers
Evergreen: Matte deep bluish green
Silent Night: Matte Deep Plum
It is very strange how different colours perform differently. Some of the shades are pretty chalky while some are extremely pigmented. What attracts me most is the combination of shades. You mostly get palettes with either plum based or blue based shades. But this has a combination of both which is amazing. The shades can be tricky too, eg. Sugar Cookie looks quite invisible when you swatch on your hands (Indian wheatish complexion) but while application it works as a great base shadow.
Kylie Holiday Mini Matte Kit:
Frankly I was more excited about this lip kit than the eyeshadow palette. The shades are gorgeous and you get a nude, pink, berry, deep plum, coral and a fuschia shade. What a collection. It stays for crazy long hours.
