Kosas gets a lot of hype in the natural beauty community, so when they appeared on Mecca I grabbed one straight away. I purchased the Rosewater shade, which is a cool toned sheer pink.
Kosas say their lipsticks are weightless and they really are. Once on, I don't even feel like I have anything on my lips. Despite the sheerness and weightless feeling, the wear time is amazing, I get six hours wear before the color fades off. It's quite amazing.
Kosas say that the formula is ultra nourishing, which I don't find to be true. It's comfortable but not hydrating enough that I can go without lip balm.
The tube is sleek with a magnetic closure that makes a great clicking sound when it closes.
The only problem I have with my Kosas lipstick is that it doesn't wind the whole way down. There's a tiny bit of lipstick peaking over the top that I'll no doubt manage to smear all over the case sometime soon.
