Michael Shannon doesn’t have the greatest hair cut in this picture, but boy does he fill out that metal armor! Recently, there’s been a few more revealing pictures for Man of Steel, but it’s been far too long since we got any new footage from the film.
And now, in the long standing tradition of DC viral marketing campaign, they released a static clip of Zod threatening the humans to present them with Kal-El, a former native of Krypton and our featured super hero.

Perhaps this is what that “Superman being in handcuffs” thing was all about. Maybe Clark decided to voluntarily get arrested and released into Zod’s custody in order to save the rest of humanity. That would make some kind of sense because our boy in blue is accustomed to sacrificing himself about twenty times a week…also…with a threat this big…it wouldn’t be so surprising to see other cameos from the…DC…universe…
One could hope!
