Hi everyone! A couple of months ago, I was offered an opportunity to try out Klara Cosmetics Kiss Proof Lips in #9. The Kiss Proof Lips have been quite popular in the blogging world. This liquid lipstick is 100% pigmented and just one swipe provides full coverage. These lipsticks are applied on like lip gloss and within a minute it will dry matte.

Apologies for the lack of lip swatches, the last few weeks my lips have been really dry and it just doesn’t look pleasant in photos. I started trialing this before my lips became really dry for a couple of weeks. As this is a matte product, it is good to prep your lips before using it (such as using a lip balm or exfoliate to remove flaky skin). I found the formula a little drying on me but this would be totally fine for someone who doesn’t suffer from dry lips. One of the things I’ve noticed is that you need to work fast and precise, the product dries amazingly fast. If you make a mistake while applying like what I did the first time using it, removing was difficult. I had to use an oil cleanser, that’s why it’s budge proof! Klara Cosmetics Kiss Proof Lips claim to last 24hrs, I didn’t leave it on for 24hrs and removed it after wearing 6-7hrs. It stayed on vibrant all day and did not fade at all. Overall, a good lipstick for people with healthy (non chapped) lips who wants something to last all day long.
