Kipper : #Pirates Sign Minor League Reliever Trey Haley

The Pirates signed RHP minor leaguer Trey Haley to a 1 year contract. A power arm in the pen, he's never pitched at the MLB level but posted decent stats between AA-AAA in 2015 with a 2.45 ERA.
The knock on Haley is that he struggles with command. His walk rate per 9 is up in the 6's.
At 25-26 years old, he'll be given a chance to earn a spot on the roster in Spring Training
