Ingredients:
40g Butter
1 Egg
120ml Milk
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
100g Plain flour
140g Caster sugar
20g Cocoa powder
Pinch of Salt
1 1/2 Tsp baking powder
50g Butter
100g Dark chocolate
200g Icing sugar
In a bowl add 40g butter, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cocoa into a bowl.
Mix together, and it will look like slightly damp sand.
Add the egg, milk and vanilla into the dry mixture.
Mix until all combined.
Scoop into 12 muffin cases or 18 cup cake cases, bake in the oven at 170c for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and make the frosting.
Add chocolate and butter to bowl and melt in the microwave, then beat in the icing sugar.
Spread on to the cupcakes while cakes are still warm, and decorate with sprinkles.
