The Boiler was in a private flat at Kingsbury Road, Kingsbury London NW9. It was not working and has gone to lockout with error code E 03. Also after resetting there were burner noise and vibration. Boiler was serviced and all the gas safety checks were done. According to the manufacture’s instructions the boiler is over heating. It was recommended to add de scaling agent such as Sentinal Noise reducer to the heating system.
