Keeping Skin Healthy and Glowing During Fall and Winter

When you think of winter, you probably think of snow, rain, and cold. So it's natural to think that your skin shouldn't need more moisture. Truth is that winter air has much less moisture than the air of those blazing hot summer days. Your skin looks dry because it is. To maintain healthy skin Dr. Christopher Calapai suggests incorporating the following foods into your diet to help your skin glow and remain healthy for the fall/winter:

helps to provide your skin with healthy, unsaturated fats with anti-aging benefits. It is rich in vitamin E, and can be used to treat and prevent dry skin naturally.
