Anglo-French electronic pop artist Julia-Sophie has immersed herself in vintage synths and 80s production values for her new single telephone, a track from her forthcoming first full-length forgive too slow. Failing to reach the other party can be quitefrustrating and her voice trails off near the end of the song after a mesmerizing instrumental break. Being on the verge of tears transformed into music has been done many times, but not often as good as she did.
forgive too slow will be released via Ba Da Bing Records (baby blue coloured vinyl, digital). Release date: July 26th.
