Jhatpat Corn-paneer Sabzi with My Twist :)

A sabzi full of colors, flavors and very easy to make. Do try it !!! 
Jhatpat corn-paneer sabzi with my twist :)
Servings : 4 persons
Preparation time : 10 mins
Cooking time : 10-15 mins

Ingredients :

Corn kernels : 1/2 cup
Green peas : 1/2 cup
Tomatoes (finely chopped) : 1/2 cup
Capsicum (finely chopped) : 1/4 cup
Paneer (diced) : 1/2 cup
Green chilly (finely chopped) : 1
Ginger (finely chopped) : 1/2 tsp
Fresh basil leaves (hand crushed) : 3-4
Oregano : 1/4 tsp
Red chilli flakes : 1/4 tsp
Kasoori meethi : 1/2 tsp
Ketchup : 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves : for garnish
Garam masala : 1/4 tsp
Sugar : 1/4 tsp
Carom seeds (ajwain) : 1/4 tsp
Fresh malai : 1-2 tbsp
Oil : 1 tbsp
Salt : to taste
Method :
1. Heat oil in a kadhai or in a deep pan.
2. Put carom seeds (ajwain) and stir. Add ginger, basil leaves & green chillies.
3. Add capsicum, peas and corn. Saute them. 
4. Add oregano, red chilli flakes, sugar, ketchup and garam masala. 
5. Now add tomatoes and paneer. Cook it for 2-3 mins.
6. Gently crush kasoori meethi on your hands and add it to the sabzi.
7. Finish it with fresh malai. 
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Serve hot !!!
