The story goes around a young girl named Jessabelle. After coming close to facing death in a horrific accident, Jessabelle goes back to Louisiana to live with her dad while she recover from the accident. Although, as soon as she enters her childhood home, she learns that things are not the same as it was before. After finding some old tapes recorded by her mother, she begins to learn a horrific truth about the house which is being haunted by a tormented spirit that’s been waiting for Jessabelle’s return.

If you doesn’t have a horror movie in your summer movie lineup yet, add this one to your list because this horror will definitely give you some nightmares this summer. Lionsgate also seems to be trying out a new promotional method with this movie. They have included a SnapChat account in this trailer, asking for users to follow “Jesabelle1988″. I’m not sure what this account means, but I think it will probably send you some creepy SnapChat pics from the movie. So, if you’re on SnapChat, go give that account a follow and see what happens.
