[class fav: baked chicken wings]I had a great time with Erika, Linda and of course Mom making this savory menu! With the Product of the Month being Wildtree's Garlic Galore (um... my FAV!) we found ways to bring out the flavor in these EASY baked chicken wings, a SIMPLE 3 minute dip and the CUTE little beef wellingtons.
With the theme being "Let's Get the Party Started" each of these items would have been a great addition to any Super Bowl Party! I failed to do this... Aaron and I made some 'dawn guac' but if anything I would have made the dip to share. I love the wings too, BUT I love them even more the next day and cold, right out of the fridge.
After dinner we enjoy a dessert that was created just off the top of Mom's head- she's good like that, coming up with something delicious based on ingredients available in the kitchen.

With the February Cook & Dine invite it out for classes on 2/11 & 2/19- I'm hoping to see you there!
