God clearly states how you and I can live in peace in Proverbs 1:33. He declares simply by following His words and instructions. You may say simply, it's not that simple (LOL). But guess what, with daily practice of walking out His word, it can become second nature to you and I. When we give the same heart, diligence, and practice we do for our hobbies to the word of God and our relationship with Him, our lives will be changed forever.
His word states in Mathew 5:48, 'But ye are to be perfect even as your Father in heaven is perfect.' Now we know God is a just God and He would never ask us to do anything without giving us the tools to get it done. Well, with our Savior and Lord Jesus and the infilling of the Holy Spirit, day by day, as we read God's word and spend time with the Holy Spirit, we will grow in the Lord and become more and more like Him.
God warns us in Proverbs 1 to not become like the simpletons who turn away from God to death or become like the fools who are destroyed by complacency. Oh No, we ourselves, will declare and come in agreement with God's words that we shall be "DOERS" and not Hearers only. Holy spirit, we are listening-Please guide us into all truth! Amen and Amen!
