Long time no see :* today I’m talking about this exciting little package I got in my mail some days back from Influenster.
I always love trying new makeup but I have been keeping away from most makeup of late as I’m all for the clean fresh good skin right now. I hardly wear any makeup at all these days, except for some color on my lips or basic eyeliner!
So when I got this makeup palette from Influenster I was super excited , as this is ‘skincare makeup’. Let’s find out what that really means…
Jane Iredale’s makeup line is heavily focused on good skin so all her products are mineral based and aim at giving skincare benefits while beautifying externally. Her line has a beautiful story that you can check out here.
So let’s start on with the product in today’s post.
I have here the Pure and Simple makeup kit with 2 shades of foundation, 2 eye shadows, one blush and one lip-cheek tint.
Firstly, let’s take a moment to look at this cute tube of lip cheek tint. How adorable!! And it also has a lovely peach color to it, I’m using it a lot as a tinted lip balm and loving it. Great for an everyday look.
The eye shadow colors are lovely too, I loved the purple – mauve color. So pretty!
Then there’s the PurePressed blush in a pretty pink shade.
And lastly the two shades of pressed powder foundation. That also has SPF 20 and is all in one – concealer , foundation , sun protectant and is oil free.
It comes with a small powder brush and eye shadow applicator.
1,2 – foundation powders, 3 – blush, 4,5 – eyeshadows, 6 – lip and cheek tintI’m loving the whole kit, it is so perfect for travel or quick makeup ! Definitely recommend you all to check this out.
