Jai Wolf is Back with a Bang on ‘Drive’ [Stream]

Almost a year after his debut, NYC producer Jai Wolf has released a much-anticipated second single for this summer with “Drive,” featuring Kamtin Mohager from The Chain Gang of 1974.

His latest is the follow up to last summer’s “Indian Summer,” a hit off ODESZA’s label that marked Jai as a producer-turned-artist to watch, “Drive” develops a similar ambient, swirling pace. The track dances around the vocals while slowly building up to an anthemic chorus that evokes chill summer vibes without rushing into a full-on club track attack. It’s heartfelt electronic music that continues to utilize the intensity of expressive vocals to carve out its own space in the EDM world.

Currently on tour and with a recent show at a packed Bowery Ballroom under his belt, it’s easy to predict the demand for his original music will continue to soar.
