Additionally, this almond cookie fragrance oil can be included in a wide variety of homemade soap products recipes. For instance, our Cold Process Soap Testing Results revealed that this fragrance oil is great for creating soap through this method. Not only does this batch have a perfect pour, but it will have other preferable qualities as well. A batch containing this fragrance oil will have no ricing, no acceleration, and no separation. The final product will have a good scent retention and the bar will discolor to a milk chocolate. This dessert fragrance is not limited to CP soap though, it can also be used in hot process soap and melt and pour soap.  Since the vanillin content is at 8.6%, adding some vanilla white stabilizer may prevent some of the discoloration from occurring. However, there are more than forty ingredients that are used in the manufacturing of fragrance oils that could potentially contribute to discoloration in the final product. If you want to color your bath and body products, then we suggest using brown soap colorant in an amount that you desire.
