It's Monday! What Are You Reading? Button

Hosted by Sheila from Book Journey, this is a weekly event to share what we’ve read in the past week and what we hope to read, plus whatever else comes to mind. To learn more about each book, just click on the book cover!

Finished Last Week:

As You Wish: Inconceivable Tales from the Making of The Princess Bride by Cary Elwes, Joe Layden, Rob Reiner The Deep by Nick CutterNeil Patrick Harris: Choose Your Own AutobiographyThe Girl on the Train by Paula Hawkins

What a dichotomy of books this week! The Princess Bride will always be one of my favorite movies, and hearing insider stories about how it was made was a treat. Nick Cutter’s latest left me with chest pains from fright; I loved every minute of it. I continued my streak of celebrity autobiographies with one of my favorite actors; I devoured it in one day and it only made me love NPH that much more. As for the Paula Hawkins, yes, there is a reason you have been hearing so much about it lately.

Could Not Finish:

Thankfully none.

Currently Reading:

The Undertaker's Daughter by Kate Mayfield

Currently Listening:

Food: A Love Story by Jim Gaffigan

Comedy and food by the Hot Pockets guy? Yes, please!
