Phil Oh is one of my favorite Street Style photographers. His photos are gorgeous and always catch a glimpse of the personality behind the fashion, rather than just the outfit. With both New York and London Fashion Weeks behind us for Fall 2013, there's so much inspiration to pull from. What I always love, though are the bags and shoes.
