International Banking Will Be the Death of Me

Customer service 101: If something goes wrong like, for example, a transfer doesn’t go through then you should probably call the customer and tell them so the problem can be fixed and not just sit around waiting for them to call when the money hasn’t shown up.

 

Citibank, you suck and I take back my former tip for people to go to you instead of US Bank. And at least the people at US Bank have heard of Barclays. I mean it is only one of the biggest banks in the world, but whatever…

 

I’m off to navigate some more automated telephone trees.
